Kimberly Grant, APRN, PMHNP-BC, RN-BC,is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned both her Master of Science in Nursing degree and PMHNP certification at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL. Currently, she is completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Jacksonville University and will be a triple Dolphin Alumni! She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursingdegree at University of Maryland Baltimore after completing herAssociate of Science in Nursing between Broward Community College in South Florida and Harford Community College in Maryland with the help of a few hurricanes in 2005.
Kimberly’s professional nursing career spans 20 years and has included serving in the Cardiac ICU at Johns Hopkins Baltimore, Home Health & School Nursing in Baltimore, Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatry at Sheppard Pratt in Baltimore, and Inpatient Case Management for 9 years at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville (Neurological ICU and Emergency Department). Kimberly holdsBoard Certification in Nursing Case Management, and she has practiced as a Psychiatric Evaluatorand RN for the Inpatient Adult Psychiatry at UF Health, Jacksonville. She has also worked as an Adjunct Nursing Professor at Florida State College Jacksonville, providing psychiatric support for the inpatient Crisis Stabilization Units as needed.
